Ultra strong coarse particle handling gravel pumps Zidong Pump® ZG(H) Series horizontal gravel pumps are single-casing pumps with wider passage channels, designed to convey media containing large particles. These pumps are engineered to continuously handle highly abrasive slurries with oversized solids that cannot be pumped by standard slurry pumps. The wet parts are constructed from Ni-Hard and high-chrome alloys, ensuring extended service life. They excel in applications such as dredging, sand mining, barge loading, and mineral processing.

ZG(H) series horizontal single-stage centrifugal sand gravel pump has a wide channel closed impeller. The pump body (pump casing and impeller) is made of 27% high chrome alloy. The ultra-thick pump casing makes the pump have high wear resistance and the lowest maintenance cost. Compared with ordinary pumps,with long service life and high efficiency, it can meet many harsh working conditions.Applicable to river dredging, sand pumping, sand mining and other conditions.

Features

8. Packing seal, Expeller seal and Mechanical seal are available as per different application.
Structure FeaturesIt adopt international advanced technology, non-clogging design with big flow channel and 3-Vane high efficiency closed impeller. Large solid particles are allowed.
● Casing – single casing be made of high-chrome alloy, provide long wear time.
● Impeller – 3 vanes impeller, processing larger solids easily. The impeller and casing are threaded connection,no need nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
● Cover plate – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
● Bearing assembly – a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection & contributes to long bearing life.
● One-piece frame – a very robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.
Bearing assembly advantage features:
1.A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life.
2.Four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
3.The removable cartridge-type bearing assembly facilitates easy on-site maintenance procedures.
4.Provided with hardened shaft sleeve to protect the shaft .
5.Grease purged piston rings to help seal contaminates out of bearing housing.
